Finding Quotes Pending Approval

As an approver

Pending approvals are stored as standard Salesforce items to approve. To access pending approvals:

  1. Switch to Nextian Sales or Nextian Sales Console app using the Salesforce App Launcher.
  2. Select Home from the menu.
  3. Scroll to Items to Approve on the right.

or

  1. Go to App Launcher → Approval Requests.

As a user waiting for approval

  1. Go to Quotes.
  2. Switch to My Quotes Pending Approval (In Review) list view.
