Analyzing Order Details

Nextian orders support a model where an order may eventually diverge from the original, i.e., line items may be added, removed or changed during delivery, long after the original opportunity and quote have been closed.

This might, for instance, happen in the following situations:

  • A line item is no longer needed by a customer and is canceled.
  • A location on a location-based service must be changed.

Line item management is available in Order Details → Order Summary tab and enables:

Nextian Order Management - Order summary view: new, replace, re-term and cancel line items within a single order
Nextian Order Management – Order summary view: new, replace, re-term and cancel line items within a single order

Showing Add-On ORIs

Order items are created for both main products and add-ons. However, add-on ORIs are hidden by default, as they are primarily used to capture order details and create services, but do not affect order delivery.

To display add-on ORIs, use the Show Details filter.
