Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Each module can be purchased and deployed separately. Also, modules can be added on an as-needed basis.

No. Any third-party subscriptions or licenses (Salesforce, DocuSign, network monitoring, billing. etc.) must be purchased separately

and are not included in Nextian pricing.

No, there may be fewer Nextian licenses than Salesforce users on an org.

Nextian offers volume discounts based on the number of users as well as term-based discounts for contracts longer

than 12 months.

All modules are priced per-user, except for:

• Customer Portal and Partner Portal – priced per named user accessing the portal

• Network Monitoring Integration – priced per monitored element (similarly to NMS / APM systems)

For customers with DevOps departments and preferring in-house development, Nextian offers an option to purchase the “unmanaged” package providing full access to Nextian classes and components.

All payments are annual, except for month-to-month contracts or renewals (which are monthly).

Yes. Non-production licenses for development, testing and data migration are available.

No. Since the software requires initial configuration and minimal data import to function properly, Nextian offers a paid Proof-of-Concept (POC) instead. The POC does not require a subscription purchase.

Yes. Nextian is compatible with Service Cloud, providing additions linking cases with services, accounts and other Nextian features.

Yes. These are negotiated on an individual case basis.
