Nextian Salesforce Package relies on the standard Sales Cloud CRM and does not require additional features like CPQ or Service Cloud. However, it seamlessly integrates with Service Cloud as an option for customer support.
Supported Salesforce Editions
The Nextian package requires Salesforce features such as custom objects, record types, and APIs, which are available in the following Salesforce editions:
- Professional
- Enterprise
- Unlimited
- Force.com
- Developer
- Performance (professional with API)
To check your Salesforce edition, navigate to Setup → Company Settings → Company Information → Organization Edition.

Lighting vs. Classic Experience
Nextian is compatible with both Classic and Lightning experiences, as well as the Salesforce Mobile App. However, Lightning Experience is strongly recommended for the best performance and usability. Some features are exclusively available in Lightning.
