Salesforce Features
Nextian package requires the following Salesforce features:
- Custom objects
- Record types
- API (for RMM/NMS/Observability integration)
| Important | Nextian is based on ‘vanilla’ Sales Cloud CRM and does not require additional features like CPQ, Service Cloud or others. |

- Professional
- Enterprise
- Unlimited
- Force.com
- Developer
- Performance (professional with API)

Lighting vs. Classic Experience
Nextian is compatible with Classic, Lightning and Salesforce Mobile App, however some features are only available on the latter two.
