Nextian Salesforce Lightning apps (e.g. Nextian Order Management Console, Nextian Service Management) are packaged with default utility items. These items may need adjusting for maximum user productivity and convenience.
For instance, since not all orgs where the Nextian package is installed feature Salesforce Omni-Channel, the Omni-Channel widget has to be added as an utility item after installation (please note that the widget can be only added to Console applications).
To adjust app utility items, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Setup.
- Select App Manager.
- Locate the relevant application and click Edit.
- Go to Utility Items (Desktop Only).
- Add or adjust the utility items as required.
