Reopening Resolved Risks

Sometimes a risk that was thought to be resolved (or was marked as resolved in error), needs to be reopened:

  1. Open risk details.
  2. Click Reopen button.
  3. Confirm with Reopen in the dialog box.
  4. As a result:
    • The risk will be set back to active,
    • Resolved On and Resolution Code will be cleared,
    • Resolution Description will be preserved,
    • At Risk status of associated order and optionally work order will be set,
    • A corresponding Salesforce chatter entry for risk, order and optionally, work order will be written.
