Sometimes a risk that was thought to be resolved (or was marked as resolved in error), needs to be reopened:
- Open risk details.
- Click Reopen button.
- Confirm with Reopen in the dialog box.
- As a result:
- The risk will be set back to active,
- Resolved On and Resolution Code will be cleared,
- Resolution Description will be preserved,
- At Risk status of associated order and optionally work order will be set,
- A corresponding Salesforce chatter entry for risk, order and optionally, work order will be written.
