Navigating From Order Line Items to Products

To navigate from order line items to their corresponding products and price book entries:

  1. Open an order.
  2. Switch to Order Summary.
  3. Use actions in the drop down located on the right side of an order line item:
    • Go to Product — opens the product for the line item,
    • Go to Price Book Entry — opens the price book entry used to create the line item.
ImportantFor Replace type line items, separate Go to Product and Go to Price Book Entry are located for New and Cancel parts of the line item.
