Completing Orders

Orders are automatically marked as Completed when all work orders associated with their order line items (ORIs) reach a final status (either Completed or Canceled). Order status is updated automatically based on the following rules:

  • If at least one work order is Completed and the remaining ones are Canceled, the parent order status is set to Completed.
  • If all work orders are Canceled, the parent order status is set to Canceled.
