Nextian service and element alarms follow severity levels defined by RFC5424. The color coding for alarms in the Salesforce UI (e.g., on alarm timelines) is user-configurable.
To adjust alarm severity color coding:
- Go to App Launcher→ Nextian Settings:
- Select the Alarm Colors tab.
- Click Edit.
- Modify the color settings for each alarm severity level.
- Click Save to apply changes.
