Alarm Color Coding

Nextian service and element alarms follow severity levels defined by RFC5424. The color coding for alarms in the Salesforce UI (e.g., on alarm timelines) is user-configurable.

To adjust alarm severity color coding:

  1. Go to App Launcher→ Nextian Settings:

    Navigating to Nextian settings

  2. Select the Alarm Colors tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Modify the color settings for each alarm severity level.
  5. Click Save to apply changes.
