The following Nextian Salesforce apps are added to the Salesforce App Launcher after the Nextian package has been installed:

| Nextian Service Management | Post-fulfillment service management and support: network monitoring integration, trouble ticketing and case management, change management (re-term, re-rate, feature changes, and service cancellations, etc.), and more. |
Each app has a corresponding Salesforce Lightning Console version (with the “Console” suffix, e.g., Nextian Service Management Console), which can be used when Lightning Console is available.
Lightning Console enables users to work with multiple records on a single screen simultaneously through the extensive use of tabs and sub-tabs. Otherwise, the applications remain the same, with identical menu options, layouts, and features.
Salesforce Lightning Console is not included in a standard Salesforce user license and typically requires a separate license.
