Re-reading Quote Pricing

Pricing and costs on quote line items can be updated based on the current Price Book Entries (PBEs) information.

This is useful when:

  • Pricing in the product catalog has changed since the quote was originally created.
  • There was an error in price books that the pricing team has corrected.
  • Service information has changed — e.g., elements were replaced or MRR (monthly recurring revenue) was changed and that affected MRR or profit.
  • Product or part/add-on costs have changed.
