Creating Quote PDFs

Quote documents can be generated in PDF format and sent to customers via email for acceptance or for electronic signature through platforms like DocuSign.

Quote PDFs are generated from user-configurable templates, allowing full quote customization, including headings, logos, signature pages, additional T&Cs, and more.

To create a quote PDF:

  1. Open quote details.
  2. Click Create Quote PDF.
  3. Select the desired quote template and click Select Template.
  4. A PDF preview is displayed.
  5. Click Save to Quote to save the PDF.

The generated PDFs are saved as attachments in the related Notes & Attachments under <quote_name>_V<version>_.pdf document name, where version is V1, V2, V3, V4, etc.

Once generated a PDF quote can be sent to customer via email.
