In order to automatically create an order from an opportunity, the opportunity must have a valid, syncing quote associated with it.
To create an order:
- Change opportunity status to Closed Won.
- A new order will be created automatically based on a syncing quote and will appear in the Order field on the opportunity.
- The order of line items on the order will follow the order of line items on the quote.
- The new order will be in Pending state and will have to be started.
- Order Origination on the new order is set to Customer and Origination Details to Opportunity.
