Identifying Quotes Pending Approval

Nextian CPQ pending quote approvals are stored as standard Salesforce items to approve.

As an Approver

Pending approvals can be accessed from the Nextian CPQ & Sales Management app:

1. Switch to Nextian CPQ & Sales Management (or Nextian CPQ & Sales Management Console app) via App Launcher → Nextian Sales & Nextian CPQ.
2. Select Home from the top menu.
3. Scroll to the Items to Approve in the middle of the right side of the page.

They can also be accessed directly from the Salesforce App Launcher:

1. Go to App Launcher → Approval Requests.

As a User Waiting for Approval

1. Switch to Nextian CPQ & Sales Management (or Nextian CPQ & Sales Management Console app) via App Launcher → Nextian Sales & Nextian CPQ.
2. Select Quotes from the app menu.
3. Switch to My Quotes Pending Approval (In Review) list view.
