Quote PDF Templates

Nextian Quote PDFs templates are stored as custom Salesforce objects. The templates do not appear as a tab in any of the standard Nextian Salesforce Apps but can be accessed via:

App Launcher → PDF Templates

Managing Quote Templates

To view or manage existing quote templates:

1. Go to App Launcher → PDF Templates.
2. Select the Quote Templates list view.

Creating a New Quote Template

1. Go to App Launcher → PDF Templates.
2. Click New.
3. Enter Template Name — this name will be used later to select the template when generating quote PDFs.
4. Enter Quote in Object Name — templates are tied to specific Salesforce objects; only templates with the Quote object name will be available when creating quote PDFs.
5. In Template PDF, enter markup for PDF generation (HTML5 with PDF generation support).
