Nextian CPQ & Sales Management

The Nextian CPQ & Sales Management app extends the standard Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM quoting and opportunity management with the support to sell cloud & communications services such as Internet access, dedicated servers, SaaS products and more. Nextian CPQ key features include:

  1. Quoting of subscription services (e.g., 100 Mbps internet for 12 months) as well as one-time widget products.
  2. Support for new, cancel, change, re-rate, re-term and service request quote line items (a.k.a. MACDs), allowing various line item types within a single quote.
  3. Direct pricing or integration with third-party pricing engines for wholesale or reseller scenarios.
  4. Ability to create multiple quotes under a single opportunity (e.g., a 12- or 24-month service offering), with syncing for accurate sales funnel forecasting.
  5. Advanced analytics & forecasting, including revenue, profit, and margin (new, lost, uptick/downtick, net) on quotes and opportunities.
  6. User-defined approval process based on criteria such as monthly recurring and non-recurring charges, contract values, product types, and profit margins.
  7. Create quote paperwork in PDF format, based on user-defined templates.
  8. Seamless integration with digital signature systems such as DocuSign.
  9. Automated creation of services and work orders for closed-won quotes (processed later in Nextian Order Management).
