Element Availability

In addition to operational status (including its 30-day history), Nextian RMM automatically calculates availability — the percentage of time an element remained in the Up status — across the following time periods:

  • Last 24 Hours
  • Last 7 Days
  • Prior Month
  • Last Year

To examine element’s availability in Salesforce:

  1. Open element details.
  2. Scroll down to the Availability section.
