Nextian RMM brings selected key performance metrics for service elements from source monitoring systems (e.g., NMS, APM, Observability or others) into Salesforce.
These metrics are presented as simplified, aggregate figures designed to:
- Be easily understood by CRM users (e.g., account managers, sales representatives).
- Support meaningful, data-driven conversations with customers—without the need to request reports from support teams.
- Complement, not replace, the detailed performance data available in the source monitoring systems.
To examine an element’s performance metrics in Salesforce:
