Using AI for Customer Support

The Nextian Salesforce package is pre-integrated with OpenAI/GPT, enhancing Salesforce case processing with AI-driven capabilities such as customer sentiment analysis and automated response generation.

This functionality works with both standard Salesforce and Service Cloud cases and is fully compatible with additional tools like Omni-Channel.

Please note that the Open AI API must be purchased separately from the interactive ChatGPT plan.
