Examining Quote Approval History

Nextian CPQ uses the standard Salesforce quote approval history. To view the approval history:

  1. Open quote details.
  2. Scroll down to the Approval History section at the bottom.
Important For auto-approved quotes, submitting and approving user will be the same (i.e., there is no designated system user for auto-approvals).
