Exporting Quotes to Excel

Nextian CPQ quotes can be exported to Excel in two ways:

• Downloading the entire quote as a spreadsheet
• Using clipboard copy & paste

Downloading the Entire Quote as a Spreadsheet

To export the full quote (including all tabs such as Quote Summary, Revenue Analysis, etc.):

1. Open quote details.
2. Click Download as Excel action button.
3. The quote file (in .xls format) will be downloaded to your browser’s default download location.
4. Open the file in Excel.

Using Clipboard Copy & Paste

1. Open quote details.
2. Navigate to the tab you want to copy (e.g., Quote Summary).
3. Click Copy to clipboard icon button.
4. Start Microsoft Excel.
5. Open a blank workbook.
6. Paste the data (Ctrl + V or right-click and select Paste).
