Quote templates are automatically validated each time a template is modified and saved.
A valid template has Is Valid field checked. If the template is also active, it becomes available to end users when using the Add From Template quote action.
However, in certain situations — such as bulk imports where automation triggers are disabled — manual validation may be required.
To manually validate a template:
- Open the template details.
- Click Validate.
- The template will be validated and saved. The Is Valid field will be updated based on the validation results.
