Activating and Deactivating Quote Templates

Activating or deactivating a quote template controls whether users can select it during the quoting process. Inactive templates cannot be used in the Add From Template quote action.

To activate or deactivate a quote template:

  1. Open the template details.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Check/uncheck Active as required.
  4. Click Save.
Important Only valid templates can be activated.
