Although product pricing is typically synchronized automatically between the billing system and Salesforce, it can also be updated manually from Salesforce as follows:
- Switch to the Nextian Product Management app in Salesforce: App Launcher → Nextian Product Management.
- From the app menu, select Products.
- Locate the product of interest (e.g., Business Internet 100 Mbps) and open its details view.
- Click the Related tab.
- Scroll down to the Price Book Entries section.
- Identify the price book entry to update (e.g. New, 24 Month Term) and open its details view.
- Select Billing from the quick actions’ menu.
- Click Update Price from <Your Billing System Name> — the pricing in the Salesforce PBE is immediately updated.
