Synchronizing Account Invoices

The Nextian Billing Integration enables the synchronization of account invoices and payment information from the connected billing system to Salesforce. The synchronized account must already be linked.

This feature is supported by most integrated billing platforms and provides invoice and payment visibility to account managers and sales representatives within Salesforce — even if they don’t have direct access to the billing system.

Additionally, invoice data is available to customers via the Nextian Customer Portal, where they can also make payments.

To update account invoices from the billing system:

  1. Open the account details page in Salesforce.
  2. Click the Billing action button.
  3. Click Update Invoices.

The system will retrieve and update invoice records in Salesforce, including any new or modified entries.

To view account invoices in Salesforce:

  1. Open the account details.
  2. Click the Related tab.
  3. Scroll to the Invoices section.
  4. To examine an invoice image:
    • Open invoice details.
    • Click the Related tab.
    • Scroll to Notes & Attachments.
