System Information View

The System Information view in Nextian RMM is intended for use by administrators and the Nextian support team for troubleshooting purposes. It is located on the right side of the screen (after logging in) and provides the following information:

Field Description
Name

The name assigned to the Nextian RMM instance (e.g., “dev”), displayed in the System Information View. This value helps distinguish between multiple RMM instances (e.g. development vs. production).

This value is configured using the CAMEL_SPRINGBOOT_NAME Docker environment variable (see Configuration).

Spring Version

The version number of the Java Spring framework used to build the RMM.

Start Date The date and time when the current Nextian RMM instance was started, displayed in the local (browser) time zone.
Uptime A human-readable string that indicates the time elapsed since the current Nextian RMM instance was started (or restarted) on the server (i.e., since the Start Date), e.g., “8d 02h 20m 34s”.
Routes The number of Java Camel routes currently defined.
Build Information The build name, time, and version of the current Nextian RMM instance.
