To view detailed information for a service — including status calculation rules, status updates, and other data:
- Log into the RMM Web Interface.
- Click the Services tab.
- Identify the element to examine.
- Click on the information icon in the Information column.
- A dialog containing the element’s details will appear.
- Click the Close button to dismiss the dialog.

This action is intended for system administrators to assist in troubleshooting synchronization between RMM and Salesforce. As such, the data presentation is simplified. End users should access and analyze this information within Salesforce, using charts, tables, timelines, and other visual tools. |
