Opening Services in Salesforce

To open service details in Salesforce from the RMM:

1. Log into the RMM Web Interface.
2. Click the Services tab.
3. Locate the desired element in the list.
4. Click on the Service Id or Service Name.
5. The Salesforce detail view for the element will open in a new browser tab. A Salesforce login may be required.
